Thanks to our unique living and working spaces, we’ve found an answer that’s modern, simple and convenient – perfect for today’s young professionals.

WE ARE BASED IN PARIS, FRANCE, AND HAVE 5 OPEN BUILDINGS IN MADRID AND VALENCIA, SPAIN AND 1 IN LILLE, FRANCE.

To put it simply, we design cozy & modern Coliving and Coworking spaces in Europe. With the perfect mix of private and common areas, residents live comfortably while they work and socialize in a diverse community that’s fun, friendly and supportive.
We make sure our spaces are toothbrush-ready, and we even take care of the tricky stuff – from bills and maintenance to organizing activities, arranging classes, and facilitating events. Essentially, it’s our job to create a happy, healthy environment so our members can focus on themselves and their experience.

We’re creating a totally unique experience for today’s young professionals. Using our own tech, we’ve created a simple, modern living experience, which means our team is free to focus on our residents. We listen to you, we look for ways to improve, and we provide everything you need to build a fun, caring Community.
